"it's a small world" Lyrics

"it's a small world" features one of the most famous songs from the Disneyland park. It's lyrics are so easy to remember that you have trouble forgetting them no matter how hard you try, and your children are guaranteed to not only remember them but constantly remind you of them during the long, arduous, suicide-inspiring ride home.

The lyrics for the ride's catchy theme song have been changed twice. The original lyrics in the 1964 World's Fair version of the attraction were simply "It's a small world after all (repeat)." This proved popular, but Imagineers spared no expense and greatly expanded the lyrics for the attraction's move to Disneyland.

When Disneyland began its annual transformation of "it's a small world" into "it's a small world holiday," it created a third, holiday version of the song. A comparison of the ride's original Disneyland lyrics with the modified "it's a small world holiday" lyrics follows.
