Description
Stalk Piccolo from his early days as a wooden ruffian in Tommy Cole's footlocker, through Narcissism Island where he's quickly turned into a Democrat, and into the tummy of Ronco the shark. If he is nice, you'll even be there to see the Bald Fairy turn him into an actual ruffian!
