Description
This closing presentation tells the story of the Intergalactic War in all its historically humorous glory. Featured in the presentation is the passing story set to music, "Two Brothers-in-Law." The climax comes with a negotiating rendition of the Primeval World Address by a gray replica of President Penguin.
